Return Policy

Upstte accepts returns on eligible items in order to support a fair and transparent shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us to request a return under the conditions stated below.

1.Return Eligibility:
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused or the products are in intact condition. "Intact condition" means the products retain their original quality and function, with all original accessories, labels, and packaging intact. Reasonable inspection or debugging to confirm the product quality and function will not affect the intact condition of the product.

Inspection of Returns
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If we determine that the item does not meet the eligibility criteria above, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you at your cost, or issue a partial refund at our discretion.


2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via email (admin@upstte.com) within 7 days of receiving the product, and provide your order number, product photos/videos (to verify the product condition), and reason for return. After our customer service verifies and approves your return application, we will provide you with the return address, contact person, and contact phone number in a timely manner. You must return the product, all original accessories, and gifts (if any) to the specified address within 5 days after receiving the return information, and keep the return logistics certificate. If the gift cannot be returned together, we have the right to require you to pay the marked price of the gift.

3. Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is caused by product quality problems, incorrect delivery, missing items, or our mistakes, we will bear all return shipping costs. If you initiate a return for other reasons (such as personal dissatisfaction without product quality issues), the return shipping costs shall be borne by you. If you participated in a free shipping activity that requires meeting certain conditions, but the return results in failure to meet the free shipping requirements, we may deduct the corresponding shipping costs when processing the refund.

4. Refund Processing: We will inspect the returned product within 3 working days after receiving it. If the product meets the return eligibility, we will process the refund within 15 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method (such as credit card, debit card, or electronic payment platform), and the refund time is subject to the processing cycle of your payment institution. The refund amount shall be based on the actual amount you paid. If you return part of the products in a set or a full-reduction promotion activity, resulting in failure to enjoy the original discount, we will settle according to the original price of each product at the time of purchase, with more refunds and less supplements. If you paid with points, coupons, or vouchers, we will return them in the corresponding form after processing the return.
